Super Users are expected to test and provide detailed and unbiased feedback as required .
If circumstances prevent a Super User from providing timely feedback, they are expected to provide advance notice. Delayed feedback may impact eligibility to apply for future products testing.
If assistance is needed during testing, Super Users are encouraged to contact our Super User team ([email protected]) directly.
Applicants are selected based on testing experience, online presence, and other factors.
Some basic requirements for application:
Location
Applicants must be residents of the United States.
Registration
Applicants must register as members to join our Rewards Program.
Subscription
Applicants must subscribe to promotional mailings about products, services, events, and promotions.
Active Online Presence
Valid links to your social media, YouTube, blogs, deals websites, etc. must be provided for evaluation.
Not all applications will be approved and DP Dream Pairs INC. reserves all rights to judge and determine the suitability of applicants for the Super User Program.
Please submit your feedback by filling out the questionnaire included in the survey invitation emails.
For the products you test, you can share your review on our official websites or social media, YouTube, blogs, deals websites, or other online platforms once the product is on sale.
We hope that doing so, will enhance our online visibility and provide customers like you with the information they need to make purchase decisions.
Once you receive our survey invitation email, you can begin product testing or customer surveys as needed.
